Sending Files to Rareheron

Files can be sent as email attachments if they are not large. PC users might use WinZip to package files and reduce file size; Mac users can use StuffIt. Files can also be accepted on a CD. We can scan your original photographic prints, slides or transparencies at an additional charge.

Fonts: We use IBM PC format fonts. If we do not have your specific font (and you can't provide it), or if your fonts are in Mac format, there may be work-arounds to overcome any problems. Adobe fonts are platform independent.

Photos: We try to enhance all photos to look their best on the Web, however, extensive photo-retouching may incur an additional charge.

File Formats: We've listed the most common file formats below. If you do not see your file format listed, please inquire. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Original must be larger than intended use on page. For instance, if the image is to appear at 300 pixel width on the Web page, the image we receive must be at least 300 pixels wide when saved at 72 dpi. Generally, the higher dots per inch (dpi) you can send, the better the results.
