This family-owned wine operation takes its name from Nysa, a valley of mythic beauty where Dionysus was raised by the fabled seven nymphs. Believed by the Greeks to be the original vintner of wine, owner Michael Mega wanted to use this famous image of Dionysus for his labels and Web site. Kayo Parsons-Korn of Rareheron designed the label for Nysa's great Pinot noir, and then adapted it to the new Web site.
